Sales Associate

Conduct phone calls, build quotes and orders for pickup or delivery, and assist with all customer needs entering the store. Engage in face-to-face, phone, and electronic sales while utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills to meet or exceed company sales and margin goals. Maintain the main store and back storage areas by performing upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, and restocking. This full-time role requires understanding the building materials marketplace, executing effective suggestive selling, and following up on quotes to achieve conversion.
