Sales Associate cum Cashier

Maintain responsibility for store sections by folding and displaying merchandise while processing sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently across all payment methods. Ensure complete efficiency in opening and closing cash desk procedures and uphold good housekeeping standards on the shop floor and in the stockroom. Acknowledge customers for quality face-to-face or telephone service, replenish cash desk areas, and cover key cashier duties during Head Cashier or Deputy Cashier absences. Attend relevant training for product knowledge and customer service updates. Must be flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
