Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service and educate customers about Crocs products using the C.H.A.R.M. service model. Participate in in-store promotions, events, and cross-department learning (consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room management) while supporting daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards. Lead by example to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques and collaborate with Store Management on inventory controls, asset protection, and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Possess at least O Level or above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email) and POS operation
- Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
