Job Summary
Sales Associate at Crocs delivering outstanding consumer experiences through our C.H.A.R.M service model; assist in all store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, stockroom operations) and collaborate with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives; serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of current product launches and brand initiatives to elevate customer connections; adhere to company policies including Asset Protection and compliance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Flexibility in work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to move merchandise and stockroom operations
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to read and comprehend instructions and use POS/system screens
