Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate at Crocs, responsible for delivering outstanding in-store experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model, assisting in all store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, stockroom), supporting management to meet personal and store performance objectives, and acting as a brand ambassador with knowledge of current product collaborations and initiatives. Requires agility in a fast-paced retail environment, a team-first attitude, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligible applicants must be 16+ and able to perform physical duties such as lifting, standing, and moving merchandise. The organization is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- ability to move merchandise and assist with store operations
- ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
- ability to be on your feet for 8 hours per shift
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and input information into computer/register systems
