Job Summary
Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M. service model while actively assisting in all store departments, including POS management, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations. Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback, work closely with Store Management to exceed performance objectives, and serve as a brand ambassador by educating consumers on current product launches and initiatives. Adhere to all policies, including asset protection and inventory control procedures. Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, standing for a minimum of eight hours per shift while performing physical tasks such as moving merchandise, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
