Sales Associate

Sell Crocs products and deliver exceptional in-store experiences by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and executing merchandising and inventory tasks. Responsibilities include assisting in all store departments, operating the POS, supporting team goals, staying informed on product launches and brand initiatives, adhering to Asset Protection and compliance policies, and maintaining visual presentation and stockroom operations. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours in a fast-paced retail environment, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a high standard of store operations.
