Sales Associate

Deliver outstanding customer service in Crocs store using the CHARM service model. Proactively contribute to an enjoyable team environment and assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room management, and daily retail operations (POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty-promotion execution). Lead by example to improve personal performance through sales-driven techniques while adhering to Asset Protection policies and inventory controls. Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to tasks, and a genuine passion for creating memorable shopping experiences are essential.
