Sales Associate

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model; actively champion a positive team culture; assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations; work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies; serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives; adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures and compliance initiatives; must be 16 years or older; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours; ability to move merchandise, climb ladders, lift 30 pounds, stand for long periods; strong reading/comprehension and computer input skills; equal opportunity employer.
