Job Summary
Sales Associate at Crocs responsible for delivering outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model, assisting in all store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, stockroom), supporting store management to meet personal performance goals, and acting as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and launches. Must be 16 or older and ready for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours. The role involves helping customers, maintaining visual presentation, inventory control, asset protection, and contributing to a positive team culture in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is based at Gonzales Outlet in Louisiana and pays $14.00-$16.50 per hour, with eligibility for the company incentive program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer
