Sales Associate

Conduct general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying. Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. Promote brand awareness internally and externally by gathering materials and assembling information packages like brochures. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales process software. Answer guest questions regarding property facilities, services, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events. Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards while addressing service needs. Follow all company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
