Job Summary
Brand Ambassador in a part-time role at Cotton On, responsible for creating memorable customer experiences, merchandising and replenishing with care to keep the store inviting, collaborating with the team to achieve goals. Requires experience in retail (preferably fast fashion), strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the physical ability to move around the store and lift up to 50 pounds. Emphasis on delivering retail principles, stock/service delivery, and a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion
