Job Summary
We are hiring Part-Time Sales Associates to create memorable experiences for customers as Brand Ambassadors at Cotton On. Responsibilities include merchandising, collaborating with the team to achieve goals, and maintaining the store's appearance. Candidates should have retail experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel
- Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience
- Demonstrated knowledge / ability of collaboration to drive results as a team
- Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
