Job Summary
Merchandise and replenish the store to keep it fresh and inviting, while collaborating with your team to smash sales goals and celebrate wins. Provide exceptional customer service by creating memorable experiences for every visitor, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting, and using ladders safely to maintain stock levels. Work flexible shifts covering evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. As a Brand Ambassador, champion Cotton On's values to make a positive difference in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience
- Demonstrated knowledge / ability of collaboration to drive results as a team
- Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel
- Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely to complete required tasks
- Part time, hourly paid position
