Job Summary
Casual Montblanc Boutique Sales Associate at a Brisbane store, responsible for delivering exceptional face-to-face and phone customer service, building product knowledge across the full Montblanc line, assisting with stock control/inventory, and driving sales through CRM management, upselling, and store promotions. The role requires experience in luxury retail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a polished presentation, and a flexible schedule across all trading hours including weekends; second language is a plus. On offer are award-rate pay with potential commission and a pathway to develop skills in luxury retail.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Montblanc product portfolio
- Experience in retail, ideally selling luxury products
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Second language desirable (not essential)
- Positive customer-focused attitude and immaculate presentation
- Flexible availability across key trading hours including weekends and late nights
