Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales by delivering an engaging customer experience and executing tasks directed by the leadership team. Key responsibilities include full-price selling, handling customer situations, completing assigned tasks efficiently, maintaining visual standards, ensuring organization and cleanliness, and complying with company policies. To succeed, candidates should demonstrate a passion for fashion, possess effective communication skills, and show strong time management and computer skills. This is a part-time position requiring flexibility to work varying shifts.
