Job Summary
Deliver a comprehensive and personal customer experience as a brand ambassador, conveying the value of Birkenstock products through competent support. Process daily closings, exchanges, and refunds accurately using the cash register system while maintaining composure in hectic situations. Present products invitingly according to specified guidelines and collaborate with colleagues on general storage tasks and shop floor replenishment. Requires initial professional experience in high-quality retail and very good English skills; Danish and German are advantageous. Part-time role (15 hours) within a global footwear brand rooted in family tradition since 1774.
