Job Summary
Introduce customers to the Spitzer value price sales process and facilitate interviews to discover their preferences, needs, and buying motives. Present vehicles matching customer interests and offer involvement in trade-in evaluations while presenting financial propositions. Conduct the delivery process, follow up in a prescribed manner, and maintain customer loyalty through consistent follow-ups. Requires an outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in email and computer systems. Full-time role with flexible scheduling, 5-day work week, and comprehensive training provided by Spitzer University.
