Job Summary
Sales Associate role responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience in a Powersports retail setting. Requires strong product knowledge, ability to present features and benefits, and a commitment to hitting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. Responsibilities include maintaining store aesthetics, stocking and merchandising, staying current on brand information and events, and leveraging a tiered commission structure to drive performance. Experience with POS systems (RetailPro) and a passion for or knowledge of motorcycles/cycling is preferred. The position is part-time with base hourly pay plus uncapped commission, plus incentives and employee discounts; DailyPay is available. Required Qualifications
