Sales Associate delivering great customer experience in powersports retail; responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge and providing in-depth information on product features and benefits, hitting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, keeping the store tidy and merchandised, staying current with brand and product knowledge, supporting company events, and leveraging POS systems; requires a self-starter with 1+ year of sales or customer service experience, and an interest in riding community; includes tiered commissions and additional incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year + of sales or customer service experience
- self-starter mentality
- experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
- Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (desired, but not required)
