Job Summary
Provide every customer with a great experience by maintaining strong product knowledge and delivering in-depth information on features and benefits. Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining store aesthetics through cleaning, stocking, and organizing according to merchandising plans. Stay up-to-date with brand, product, and company-wide events to become a resource for the customer base. This part-time role includes a tiered commission structure based on meeting sales goals, with the first five shifts paid at base rate only for learning purposes. Experience with POS systems and a self-starter mentality are required.
Required Qualifications
