Job Summary
Provide every customer with a great experience by maintaining strong product knowledge and delivering in-depth information on features and benefits. Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining store aesthetics through cleaning, stocking, and organizing merchandising plans. Stay up-to-date with brand information, company events, and sales targets to become a resource for the customer base. This part-time role includes a tiered commission structure and offers opportunities to represent Cycle Gear at special events like the International Motorcycle Show.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year + of sales or customer service experience
- A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
- An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
- This is a part-time position
