Job Summary
Ensure exceptional in-store experiences by answering customer inquiries, making product recommendations, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Retrieve merchandise from sales floors and stock rooms to replenish inventory, then process all cash register transactions including sales, returns, and loyalty program connections. Manage incoming and outgoing product flow to contribute to store profitability while adhering to store standards for cleanliness and safety. Work a flexible retail schedule that changes seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Skill operating various other retail software tools
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization
