Job Summary
Sales Associate at Columbia Sportswear: provide exceptional customer service, respond to questions about product features, benefits and availability, demonstrate and explain merchandise, and make product recommendations. Perform POS transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty connections), maintain store standards for visual merchandising and safety, manage product flow and stock, and support store leadership. Requires the ability to move items up to 40 lbs., flexible retail schedule, and 16+ years old. No formal education required beyond preferred HS diploma; 2 years or less of related experience; proficiency with POS and retail software.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in a position or specialization or less
- No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
- Experience operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems and various retail software tools
