Job Summary
Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product questions and recommendations, performing cash register transactions, handling returns and exchanges, replenishing inventory, and maintaining store standards for visual merchandising and safety. The role requires comfortable handling POS systems, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and supporting store leadership in achieving sales and service goals. The position emphasizes brand ambassador behavior, positive customer interactions, and teamwork, with opportunities to engage customers through product demonstrations and merchandising. Minimum age 16+; no formal education required beyond preferred HS diploma/GED; typically 2 years or less of related experience. Required Qualifications
