Sales Associate

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability; engage with consumers to understand their needs and demonstrate merchandise. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or stock room and process incoming and outgoing product flow. Perform all required cash register transactions, including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting consumers to the loyalty program, while stocking shelves and assisting the Store Leadership team. Requires a flexible retail schedule, physical ability to move items up to 40 lbs, and experience with POS systems.
