Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate responsible for assisting customers, answering questions about product features and availability, making product recommendations, and helping customers with purchases. Role includes maintaining store standards for visual merchandising and cleanliness, stocking and replenishing inventory, handling cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty connections), and supporting the Store Leadership team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences in alignment with Columbia Sportswear Company’s mission. Requires strong customer service and sales abilities, ability to work in a physical retail environment, and flexibility in scheduling; offers advancement opportunities and employee discounts.
