Job Summary
Sales Associate/Color Concierge responsible for increasing sales by providing hair color consultations to DIY enthusiasts, delivering an optimal customer experience, and supporting store operations. Duties include color consultations, using selling skills to drive brand awareness, processing transactions, updating POS records, handling back stock, assisting with planograms and training, and collaborating with team members while upholding safety and loss-prevention practices. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and be available to meet scheduling needs; retail experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear, concise manner
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Ability to execute product knowledge from training to support with customer service
- Ability to explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of iPad and navigation of the internet and social media platforms
- Ability to present a professional image and interact positively with the public
