Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Colliers, you will conduct business development activities, assist with market research, lead property tours, and maintain records within a CRM system. This role requires a Real Estate Trading license and at least 1 year of relevant sales experience. You will develop skills in commercial leasing, marketing, and sales, working collaboratively within a team. Key attributes include strong organizational and communication skills, high energy, and the ability to build relationships swiftly.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience (both via phone and in-person canvassing)
- Real Estate Trading license is required (or in process of obtaining)
- Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal quantitative, writing and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levels
- Highly motivated, bringing a high level of energy and initiative to everything you do
- Sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and maturity
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset
- Prior experience using CRM programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
