Job Summary
Sales Associate at a Pilates studio assisting the GM with sales and customer relations to achieve studio sales goals. Execute full sales process from lead generation to closing, conduct tours for new prospects, stay knowledgeable on products, programs and pricing, book quality appointments to meet monthly quotas, and participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio. Part-time role with hourly wage plus commission; opportunities for growth within the studios. Must have strong sales, communication, and customer service skills and be proficient with Club Ready software.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
