Job Summary
Sales Associate at a Pilates studio (Part Time). Responsibilities include executing the full sales process from lead generation to closing, conducting studio tours with new prospects, staying knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing, booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas, participating in grassroots/community events to promote the studio, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and assisting with developing selling skills and other duties as assigned. The role supports the General Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $16.00/hr plus commission, with average total earnings of $17-20/hr. Location is Fort Collins, CO, with daily and/or occasional travel required. Aimed for growth within the studios.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
