Job Summary
Welcome prospective members, schedule intro classes, and guide guests through their Pilates journey by providing outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Follow up with leads to understand goals, sell memberships and retail packages, and assist members with account updates using our studio software. Support membership retention efforts, maintain studio cleanliness and organization, and ensure forms and supplies are stocked. Participate in community networking events and promotions when scheduled. This part-time role in Gainesville, FL offers hourly pay plus commission, bi-weekly base pay, and monthly commission. You'll thrive in our welcoming, fast-paced environment as you help people start a fitness journey that changes lives.
Required Qualifications
