Job Summary
Sales Associate at Land Rover Shreveport responsible for greeting customers, assisting in vehicle selection, explaining product performance and optional equipment, building rapport, delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations, overcoming objections, closing sales, and reporting to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities. Prior dealership experience is a plus; position is commission-based with 60 days of paid training, health benefits, 401K, and PTO. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to undergo a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience is a huge plus
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
