Job Summary
Consistently deliver positive sales performance, organize store merchandise and back stock, and practice impeccable customer service skills. Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate while exemplifying the Clarks Brand. Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage, assist in store maintenance to create a visually compelling environment, and ensure completion of assigned tasks. Contribute to a comfortable work environment for all colleagues. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. This part-time role is hourly at $17. Clarks, founded in 1825, is one of the world's largest footwear companies known for innovative shoemaking and craftsmanship.
