Sales Associate

Sales Associate role in-store focused on delivering an excellent consumer experience while achieving set targets and KPIs. Responsibilities include selling shoes and accessories through Clarks selling models, maintaining high retail standards in front and back of house, using technology to enhance the customer experience, staying updated on product knowledge, supporting achievement of store KPI targets, maintaining visual merchandising, and following cash and stock procedures. Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays. Involves maintaining stock and store standards and contributing to a positive brand experience.
