Sales Associate - Citrus Park

Meet membership sales goals and successfully achieve performance-based targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on specific offerings and enhancements. Provide an excellent customer experience through answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events while upholding spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales, with a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
