Sales Associate

Greets customers as they enter and exit the store, provides product information, and assists with selection while communicating promotions and special discounts. Sells merchandise directly using general sales techniques, maintains displays in a neat and clean fashion, and replenishes stock under the direction of the Team Leader. Processes transactions accurately, handles cash, and obtains approval for discounts, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Achieves key item targets monthly, handles customer complaints with professionalism, and participates in scheduled inventories and company-sponsored training.
