Greet and assist customers; assess needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, directing them to merchandise, and offering recommendations. Engage in suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability. Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. Resolve customer concerns using product knowledge to offer alternative solutions and turn returns into exchanges when possible. Communicate needs to management regarding merchandise restocking and customer feedback. Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment. Operate cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate information exchange with customers, managers, and coworkers. Maintain organized merchandising, restock as needed, and support overall store operations. Requires excellent communication, ability to learn POS systems, and a flexible schedule; physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and navigating the sales floor, including occasional ladder use. Must be at least 16 years old.
