Job Summary
The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions and helping guide customers from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while ensuring exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include selling with confidence, negotiating terms to meet customers’ budgets and lifestyles, closing the deal, and transitioning customers to the Service department to support ownership experience. The role emphasizes strong communication, interpersonal skills and a desire to help people while collaborating with a nationwide AutoNation team and leveraging benefits and career paths into finance and management. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred

- The willingness to follow up with customers
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
