Job Summary
Meet sales goals by utilizing techniques to recommend merchandise and maintain pricing and visual standards. Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns, process transactions efficiently, and reinforce buying decisions to achieve add-on goals. Support replenishment activities, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with visual directives including floor sets and signage. Build client relationships through clienteling and reward program sign-ups while adhering to loss prevention and merchandise handling standards. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal role ending January 16, 2022.
