Job Summary
Sales Associate at Chico’s Talbots Citadel Drive Center location specializing in delivering a customer-focused, product-driven shopping experience. Responsibilities include driving sales, applying product knowledge, maintaining pricing and visual standards, supporting replenishment and floor sets, handling checkout processes and payments, promoting the MAPS service standards, clienteling and wardrobing to build a customer base, and participating in store operations with a flexible schedule for a seasonal role. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 18+ for temporary seasonal hiring, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to company technologies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
- Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
