Job Summary
Drive for results by utilizing sales techniques to meet company sales goals, recommend merchandise based on customer needs, and maintain pricing and visual standards. Deliver the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) by ensuring prompt resolution of concerns, achieving add-on goals at checkout, and building client followings through clienteling and wardrobing. Support operational excellence by managing replenishment, assisting with locate fulfillment, maintaining boutique cleanliness, and executing visual directives like monthly store sets. Maintain consistent product knowledge across in-store and online assortments while utilizing the customer book for ongoing communication. This role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with constant walking and standing as the primary physical demand. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
