Job Summary
Drive sales goals by recommending merchandise, maintaining pricing and visual standards, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns. Execute visual directives including monthly store sets, floor maintenance, and signage placement while supporting replenishment and boutique organization. Deliver a cohesive omni-channel experience through clienteling, reward program sign-ups, and consistent communication via Style Connect and Customer Book tools. Maintain current knowledge of product fit, style assortments, and security practices to achieve add-on goals and ensure a fast register experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience
- Must be 16 years of age or older (for states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA)
- Must be 18 years of age or older (for all other states)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
- Regular attendance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
