Job Summary
Drive for results by meeting sales goals through product knowledge recommendations and maintaining pricing and visual standards. Deliver a cohesive omni-channel experience by modeling MAPS principles, resolving customer concerns promptly, and ensuring efficient register operations including coupon acceptance and add-on sales. Support replenishment and locate fulfillment while maintaining store cleanliness and organizing visual directives like floor sets and window changes. Build a solid customer following through clienteling, wardrobing, and consistent communication via the customer book. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure adequate coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
