Job Summary
Drive for results by meeting sales goals through product knowledge, recommending merchandise, and maintaining pricing and visual standards. Deliver prompt customer service by resolving concerns efficiently, processing transactions, and achieving add-on sales while building client followings through clienteling and wardrobing. Support operational excellence by managing store replenishment, visual directives, boutique cleanliness, and loss prevention. Maintain consistent client communication via clienteling tools and ensure a cohesive omni-channel experience. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with full-time hours requiring constant standing and walking. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience
- Must be 16 years of age or older (for states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA)
- Must be 18 years of age or older (for all other states)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
- Regular attendance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
