Job Summary
The Sales Associate supports Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture to deliver a great customer experience and maximize profitability. Responsibilities include utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge, maintaining current promotions and pricing, executing visual standards and floor sets, delivering MAPS customer service, processing transactions, enrolling customers in rewards, clienteling and wardrobe services, replenishment and locate fulfillment, and supporting store operations across multiple brands. Strong communication, excellent customer service, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to adapt to company technology are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
