Job Summary
Sales Associate at Chico’s drives results by applying sales techniques and product knowledge to assist customers, maintains knowledge of current promotions and store visuals, handles checkout processes and policies, and signs up clients for rewards. The role emphasizes clienteling and wardrobing, knowledge of product fit, and using Style Connect and Customer Book tools. Responsibilities also include replenishment support, locate fulfillment, and execution of visual floor sets, as well as maintaining boutique organization and cleanliness. Collaboration, adaptability, and a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays) are expected to contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team that delivers MAPS-based customer experience across in-store and omni-channel channels.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage
