Job Summary
Sales Associate role supporting Management to promote a customer- and product-focused sales culture. Drive for results by using sales techniques and product knowledge, maintain pricing and visual standards, and ensure a seamless omni-channel customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting with replenishment, locating fulfillment, executing visual directives and floor sets, maintaining boutique cleanliness, processing transactions with an efficient register experience, signing up customers for the reward program, building client relationships through clienteling and wardrobing, knowledge of current product fit and offerings, and adhering to MAPS service standards while working a flexible schedule. Strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to learn company technology are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
