Job Summary
Sales Associate at Chico’s supporting management to promote a customer- and product-focused sales culture, delivering MAPS-style personal service, clienteling and wardrobing, maintaining merchandise presentation and store standards, processing transactions efficiently, signing up clients for rewards, and contributing to replenishment, visual directives, and overall store operations. Requires strong communication and customer-service skills, ability to learn company technology, flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment across Fairfax locations.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
