Job Summary
Sales Associate at Chico's responsible for supporting management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include applying product knowledge to assist customers, maintaining pricing and visual standards, supporting replenishment and floor sets, delivering MAPS-driven personal service and omni-channel experiences, handling register transactions, signing up clients for rewards, building a clienteling/wardrobing following, ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns, and maintaining boutique cleanliness and organization. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to learn company technology, strong organization and multitasking, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical requirements include constant walking/standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent climbing. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
- Regular attendance is essential to this position
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
